Using the top floor of the multistory car park we have coned out a beginners area and a steering area for more advanced youngsters. We also have a full road system with roundabout, T junctions, bends, straights and other junctions and a parking zone.
I think this is a great idea and I can afford it with my Christmas and Birthday money John, aged 16
