Conveniently located just off the M1 near to Luton and StAlbans, the extensive driving areas of this site more than qualify it to be a supersite. In addition to beginners’ areas where newbies can master the clutch and gears, there is an extensive road system including 30mph roads, two way roads and T junctions, cross roads, a roundabout and stop junctions. There are also areas to practice parking, manoeuvres and steering.
We have on site toilets, a viewing area, free parking and light refreshments are available. It’s a great place to have a picnic when the sun is out!
Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Luton are all nearby or Whipsnade zoo lies just 15 minutes away.
The Showground is easily accessible from J9, M1.
Entrance to Young Driver is via GATE E (opposite Rolf Engineering).
