Welcome to Young Driver at The Bath & West Showground!
We've designed a great road course which is suitable for both beginner and more experienced drivers. The course layout includes two way roads, one way roads, crossroads, roundabouts. manoeuvre zones and T-junctions taking place on a real road system!
The Bath & West Showground is a great venue for Young Driver lessons because there’s plenty of space for driving activities - and it’s one of our ‘super-sites’ which is pretty cool!
An extensive two-way road network gives a ‘real-life’ driving experience.
The layout offers:
Car parking is available on site, as well as toilet facilities.
Please note we do not provide seating at our venue but you are more than welcome to bring your own chair for the duration of the session.

The showground is easily accessible from the M5 and is situated along the A371 Castle Cary – Shepton Mallet road. It is approximately 25 miles from Bristol and 20 miles from Bath.
