This venue is simply huge! We've designed a great road course which is suitable for both beginners and more experienced drivers who can safely drive at speeds of up to 40mph. The course layout includes both two way and one way roads along with real junctions including crossroads, roundabouts, T junctions and stop junctions. We also have areas for beginners to master the clutch and gears and practice manoeuvres, parking, reversing and steering.
Car parking is available on site, as well as toilet facilities. We also offer light refreshments and have a dedicated viewing area.
Please note we do not provide seating at our venue but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Shepton Mallett is a delightful market town known as eth gateway to the Mendip Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. Shepton Mallett prison offers a visitors experience while the East Somerset Steam Railway is located just outside the town. The cities of Bristol and Bath are less than an hour’s drive away.
The showground is easily accessible from the M5 and is situated along the A371 Castle Cary – Shepton Mallet road. It is approximately 25 miles from Bristol and 20 miles from Bath.
