Situated off the A12 near Sandon village, Young Driver Sandon Park and Ride sees our team transform a car park into a driver training zone. With lots of space, beginners can master the clutch and gears before going on to tackle T junctions, cross roads, stop junctions and a roundabout. We have one and two way roads and special zones for parking, reversing, practicing steering and manoeuvres. We have light refreshments on site as well as toilets, free parking and a dedicated viewing area.
The City of Chelmsford is less than 15 minutes away by car and has a range of shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions.
