In inclement weather conditions the event may drop down undercover to Level 5 of Car Park 10 so please check the poster next to the lifts on arrival.
Level 6 is not accessible by car so please park on Level 1 and then take the lift to Level 6 where our staff will be waiting to greet you. The ground floor is reserved for Blue Badge Holders only.
If you are on foot in the main shopping area Car Park 10 can be reached by walking through the food court of Marks & Spencer and exit behind the tills directly into Car Park 10. Then please take the lift to Level 6.
The generic postcode to the venue is RM20 2ZP but please be aware this will only take you to the general area of Intu Lakeside and not to Car Park 10.
The most direct route to our Venue is to download the driving App “Waze” and type in Debenhams, Lakeside. This will take you to the Bus Garage and then Car Park 10 is the first multi storey immediately behind the Bus Garage.
