Welcome to Young Driver Newark!
The Young Driver team will be ready at Newark Showground to give you your first taste of driving. You’ll be perfecting your steering, braking, reversing skills and more during your sessions with us.
Newark Showground is a great venue for Young Driver lessons because there’s plenty of space for driving activities - and it’s one of our ‘super-sites’ which is pretty cool!

Conveniently located at the A1, A46 and A17 road junction in Nottinghamshire, our Newark venue is suitable for all levels of young driver. At the Showground we currently offer Young Driver lessons and birthday parties too.

Young Driver is can be found via the A1, A46, A17, A1133 roads and the Newark bypass, with free on-site car park . For people travelling from the A1 and A46 routes we recommend that you follow the A46 signs north towards Lincoln and then take the right turn off the dual carriageway at the A1133 / Drove Lane roundabout – following the brown and white air museum signs.
Please do not use the main entrance to the showground but use the next entrance (same entrance as the Air Museum).
Please do not rely on Sat Nav postcode directions to find the museum and do not follow the "Newark Attraction" signs off the main roads.
